Storms

Yes, we really got quite a line of storms through here. We had 2 1/2 inches from yesterday morning to this morning, most of it in two storms. And the lightening was phenomenal!!  The rain started about 5 am yesterday and the real storm about 6 am. We had hail, but not bad. It was amazing watching the lightening because it was steady. It never stopped. It rained all day and about 4 pm another storm came through. I was taking Rrain a parcel from the post office and when I got to her office all I could say was “holy  shit”. Over and over!! There was another man there that echoed my comments. It was insane. It has rained all day today. The potato harvest is not going well. Jim thinks they may try to make an insurance claim. They have less than 1/2 off and more rain is in the forecast for Tuesday. Jim has been working for over two weeks and has gotten in 5 days. I can’t imagine how stressed the Adriasson’s are. It is supposed to rain all night. Where was this rain when we needed it??
