You'll be glad to know that today we baked a lovely loaf of bread. I sprayed the inside of the baking tub thoroughly with Pam, but we still had a rough time getting the bread out. I have to wonder if we should be giving it a few more minutes to cool, before attempting to remove it. Regardless, next time we'll grease it with margarine.
