What an evening!

I just got home from attending the Community Choir's presentation of The Messiah.  What a remarkable event.  I was totally caught up in the music.  There is so much talent in this area.  Of course the fact that my daughter had a solo in it didn't influence my opinion. :)  It gave me goosebumps listening to them.  The Hallelujah Chorus was fantastic.  Of course the entire audience stood for it..... even the ones with walkers.  It was well worth going out on a Saturday night.  It does make me feel a bit old when the children of the children that I knew are singing in the choir.  I feel re-vitalized and energetic enough to face the week ahead.
