Customer service

What a strange thing to have happened Beth.  I have to say that for almost any appointment I have these days, we get a phone call the day before to remind us, and that includes the dealer that services our car.  Usually it sounds like a fairly minor employee on the phone, such as a receptionist, and the call can come any time, which makes me believe that it is something the person does during slow times at work.  Maybe you could suggest this to your dealership.
