I believe some of that nice cool weather you described Cathy is reaching us now as this morning is cooler and I am hopeful I can bring down the temp here in the house today or tomorrow before the next heat wave hits us. The outside was bearable yesterday but the inside still stifles. Glad you had a very happy day out on the course. Maybe you should take up golfing for a hobby? haha!
Another week and another full week as it is turning out. Tomorrow to Huntsville (for hearing aids?) and then Thursday is our Casino Rama bus trip and Friday is Willie's Birthday so I have a day planned with him. And of course there is always the garden to keep us busy - watering especially. Fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate and not bring us all down again with that desperate heat.
Harry got a box of fabric at that big sale on Saturday I mentioned, and there may be some that I can use to make some more shopping bags ( other than my red fabric that is) I use my red bag regularly when going to the store or Lottery or Library - it is a nice size and easy to manage. He also bought two plastic containers of ribbons - many still packaged and unused. I have always been fascinated with ribbons and have several books on Ribbons and how to sew into embellishments etc so I was happy with that but again unsure as to when I might be able to actually make use of them.
