Not much here----

will probably prove the norm, if all we do is sit at home and look at one another. One of the things they recommend is going for walks in some natural setting.  One of the local DJ's was talking about the walking he was doing--2X 5k walks a day.  You have a natural area for walking, Cathy, but it must be in horrible shape walking-wise, this time of year.  The city sidewalks are pretty slippery, as the residential ones are mainly snow or ice covered right now.  In a couple of months we could sit outside on the patio, or walk around the garden.  There are newspaper articles saying that we don't have to be lonely, there are ways to socialize.  Oh?  Tell me how.

Tomorrow I have an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, but I called today and asked to cancel it.  She responded by saying that she was just in the process of calling to cancel any non-emergency appointments, on the recommendation of their association.

I understand that there are significant fears about the continued viability of stores, especially the smaller ones, if there are no customers, but the government is looking at what steps could alleviate some of the negative effects of this sort of thing.  The use of take-out and food delivery companies is being strongly recommended, along with large tips for the service.

We'll get through this, but it does make for "interesting times".
